- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen mit deiner Fachexpertise von der individuellen Beratung über den Verkauf bis hin zur finalen Anpassung der perfekten Brille
- Du führst mithilfe modernster Messsysteme präzise Refraktionen und Sehanalysen durch, um die Grundlage für eine optimale Sehqualität zu schaffen
- Du verantwortest in unserer Werkstatt die fachgerechte Anfertigung und Anpassung von Brillen sowie die Durchführung von Reparaturen und Qualitätskontrollen
- Du gibst als Meister:in dein Wissen aktiv weiter, leitest Kolleg:innen fachlich an und stellst durch gezielte Schulungen die hohe Qualität im Team sicher

- Du bist versiert in der Refraktion und beherrschst die gängigen Werkstattarbeiten aus dem Effeff.
- Mit deiner offenen und empathischen Art fällt es dir leicht, auf Menschen zuzugehen und sie individuell zu beraten.
- Als zuverlässiges Teammitglied bringst du dich gerne ein und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen.
- Für die professionelle Beratung unserer Kundschaft bringst du fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
