Was erwartet Sie?
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der analytischen Qualitätskontrolle
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Anforderungen in Qualität, Sicherheit, Umwelt und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Organisation und Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe im Bereich Analytik
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Systemen
- Planung und Bereitstellung von personellen und technischen Ressourcen
- Umsetzung von behördlichen Auflagen sowie konzerninternen Vorgaben
- Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und -überwachung
- Erstellung und Kontrolle von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen
- Unterstützung angrenzender Fachbereiche bei analytischen Fragestellungen
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) in der Produktion
- Sicherstellung der langfristigen Leistungsfähigkeit der analytischen Infrastruktur
- Operatives Troubleshooting in der instrumentellen Analytik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (technischen) Chemie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Analytik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie, vorzugsweise im Produktionsumfeld / Betriebslabor
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in:Instrumenteller AnalystikProzessüberwachungSAP und LIMS
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in leitender Funktion
