Was für Qualifikationen sind erforderlich ?

- Erfahrung im Reklamationsmanagement und in der Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Kenntnisse in der 8D-Methodik sowie gängiger Problemlösungswerkzeuge
- Kenntnisse in der Planung und Erstellung von Bemusterungsunterlagen gem. PPAP-oder PPF-Anforderungen
- Vertrautheit mit Qualitätsmethoden
- Fähigkeit technische Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Prüfpläne zu lesen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen mit, idealerweise aus der Automobilindustrie oder dem Bereich der Oberflächenbeschichtung.
- In der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden wie der 8D-Methodik sowie in der Erstellung von Bemusterungsunterlagen (z. B. nach PPAP) sind Sie versiert.
- Das Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Prüfplänen gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigeninitiative, einer starken Problemlösungskompetenz und dem nötigen Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Für die Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld bringen Sie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
