Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und bereitest kundenbezogene Adressdaten mit Tools wie MS Excel auf und stellst dabei die strikte Einhaltung der DSGVO-Richtlinien sicher.
- Du verantwortest die Porto-Optimierung, indem Du Adressdaten für den Versand über verschiedene Logistikpartner aufbereitest und so direkt zur Kosteneffizienz beiträgst.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing gestaltest Du personalisierte Dokumente mit PrintShop Mail in Verbindung mit Adobe Creative Suite (z.B. InDesign, Acrobat) und begleitest den internen Freigabeprozess in Abstimmung mit unseren Kund:innen
- Du steuerst den gesamten Produktionsprozess von der Druckvorbereitung bis zur Bedienung und Überwachung unserer modernen Digitaldrucksysteme (cut-sheet & in-line-Inkjet).
- Als Garant für höchste Qualität überwachst Du die Maschinenleistung, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und behebst eigenständig kleinere Störungen im Druckprozess.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine in der grafischen Industrie, idealerweise mit IT-Schwerpunkt.
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Print-Prozesse mit (z. B. Bogen-/Rollenoffset, Digitaldruck) und hast eine Affinität zu Marketing und Verkaufsförderung.
- Im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite (insbesondere Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) und MS Excel bist du sicher und hast idealerweise erste Grundkenntnisse in PrintShop Mail.
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und genau, besonders im Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten nach DSGVO-Standards.
- Mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen sowie deiner teamfähigen und flexiblen Art passt du perfekt in unser Team.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
