Was erwartet Sie?
In dieser strategisch und operativ entscheidenden Schlüsselposition führen Sie unser 20-köpfiges R&D-Team und entwickeln SANIT als internationales Kompetenzzentrum der ROCA Group mit Werken in Deutschland (SANIT), China, Indien und der Türkei technologisch weiter.
Auf diesem Weg gehören folgende Aufgabenbereiche dazu:
- Sie entwickeln die Technologie- und Produkt-Roadmap für unsere Kunststoff- und Spültechnik-Lösungen weiter und steuern das Innovationsmanagement.
- Sie etablieren globale Plattformstrategien und sichern unseren technologischen Vorsprung durch aktives IP- und Patentmanagement.
- Sie planen und steuern das gesamte R&D-Budget sowie das Projektportfolio von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife.
- Sie führen und coachen die Mitarbeiter:innen der R&D-Bereiche sowie die Teamleitungen der Bereiche Zertifizierung und Produktdatenmanagement (PDM/PLM).
- Sie verknüpfen Produktentwicklung, Werkzeugkonstruktion und Anwendungstechnik nach dem Prinzip „Design for Manufacturing“ zur Optimierung von Spritzgießprozessen über alle Werke hinweg.
- Sie positionieren SANIT als führendes Kompetenzzentrum und koordinieren federführend die Zusammenarbeit mit den R&D-Teams der Roca Group.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (Linie oder Matrix) von größeren Entwicklungs- oder Engineering-Teams
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Kunststoffunternehmen, idealerweise im Bereich der Spültechnik oder Kunststofftechnik
- Tiefes Verständnis für den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess – von der Werkzeugkonstruktion (Spritzguss) über das Innovationsmanagement bis hin zu PDM/PLM-Systemen
- Starke interkulturelle Kompetenz, um internationale Teams zu integrieren und zu gemeinsamen Zielen zu führen
- Analytische Denkweise gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, Strategien in messbare operative R&D-Erfolge umzusetzen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die sichere Kommunikation im globalen Konzernnetzwerk

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
