Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und entwickeln das R&D-Team fachlich sowie disziplinarisch und gestalten die strategische Ausrichtung des Bereichs.
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus von der ersten Idee über die Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung und steuern dabei komplexe R&D-Projekte.
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team erarbeiten Sie innovative Lösungsansätze und Konstruktionsvarianten, erstellen die dazugehörigen Pflichtenhefte und setzen diese mittels CAD-Systemen (Pro-E Creo-Windchill) um.
- Sie überwachen den Projektfortschritt, verantworten die Produktdatenerstellung in SAP sowie die Produktzertifizierung und berichten die Entwicklungsergebnisse direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Projektmanagement, dem Produktmanagement sowie internationalen Teams zusammen und tragen die Mitverantwortung im Produktrisikomanagement.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation, beispielsweise durch eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
- Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich der Kunststofftechnik mit.
- Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit leiten Sie souverän Projekte und Teams und kommunizieren klar auf allen Ebenen.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit gängiger Software wie MS Office und SAP und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem CAD-System (z. B. Pro-E Creo-Windchill) gearbeitet.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau), um sich in unserem internationalen Umfeld optimal zu bewegen.
