Was erwartet Dich?
- Gewerkeübergreifende Fachplanung: Konzept-, Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung von automatischen Löschanlagen (Nass-, Trocken-, Preaction-Sprinkleranlagen sowie Sonderlöschanlagen).
- HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1–8: Eigenständige Bearbeitung von der Grundlagenermittlung über die detaillierte Ausführungsplanung (Montage-/Revisionspläne) bis zur fachtechnischen Bauüberwachung.
- Berechnung & Auslegung: Durchführung hydraulischer Berechnungen und Netzsimulationen für Rohrnetze, Pumpen und Armaturen nach VdS CEA 4001, FM Data Sheets und DIN EN 12845.
- Abstimmung & Koordination: Erstgespräche und laufende Koordination mit Bauherren, Architekten, Brandschutzgutachtern, Behörden und Versicherern.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Techniker (m/w/d) HLK, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Versorgungstechnik, B.Eng. / M.Eng. Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar.
- Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen Brandschutz, in der Sprinklertechnik sowie den relevanten Normen (DIN EN 12845, VdS-Richtlinien, MBO/LBO).
- Software-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD / Revit (BIM) sowie gängiger Berechnungssoftware (z. B. liNear, DDS, HASS oder mh-software).
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil, Kommunikationsstärke und Reisebereitschaft für die Objektüberwachung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
