Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst unsere Projekte im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie Stalltechnik und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von der Planung bis zur Montage
- Du bereitest die Projekte für unsere Montageteams vor, indem du alle technischen Details und Abläufe eng mit Kund:innen, dem Einkauf und den Monteur:innen abstimmst
- Du unterstützt unser Planungsteam aktiv bei der Konzeption von Elektroinstallationen und technischen Anlagen für unsere Kund:innen
- Mithilfe von MS Office überwachst du präzise Liefertermine sowie den Projektfortschritt und behältst alle offenen Punkte im Blick
- Du bist für die sorgfältige Pflege der Projektdokumentation verantwortlich und unterstützt das Team bei der finalen Projektabrechnung
- Je nach Interesse hast du zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, Schaltpläne mit einer E-CAD-Software wie WSCAD zu erstellen oder zu bearbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung und bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und selbstständig, gepaart mit Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel, bist du sicher
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und dem Montageteam
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung oder mit einer Elektroplanungssoftware wie WSCAD – das ist aber kein Muss

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
