Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Aufmaßskizzen und Aufmaße (HVA) unserer Leistungen im Bereich Kabelleitungsbau und Verkehrsleittechnik
- Du kennst die VOB Teile B und C
- Du nimmst Leistungen sowie Maße vor Ort auf den jeweiligen Baustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Bauleitung auf und ermittelst diese
- Du prüfst Pläne, Zeichnungen und bestehende Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität
- Du kommunizierst frühzeitig Abweichungen, Probleme und notwendige Anpassungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bauwesen, Tiefbau, Architektur, Technische:r Zeichner:in, Vermessungstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; ggf. hast du eine Weiterbildung im Aufmaßwesen
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung von mindestens 1–3 Jahren im Aufmaß, Bauwesen, Bautechnik oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit, was vorteilhaft ist
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Aufmaß-Software
- Du bist mobil und bereit, bundesweit auf den Baustellen im Einsatz zu sein
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word) und Arbeitssoftware wie iTWO, idealerweise auch in weiterer Branchensoftware
