Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenständig Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen an Lüftungsanlagen unterschiedlicher Hersteller durch.
- Sie analysieren Störungen systematisch, identifizieren Fehlerquellen und beheben diese fachgerecht, um den reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Als direkte Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Kunden vor Ort, erklären technische Maßnahmen und sorgen für eine hohe Servicequalität.
- Sie dokumentieren Ihre durchgeführten Arbeiten und erstellen aussagekräftige Serviceberichte für die interne und externe Kommunikation.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lüftungstechnik
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Sie treten professionell auf und pflegen einen freundlichen Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
- Sie sind zuverlässig und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
