Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das selbstständige Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer modernen Bobst-Klebemaschinen und weiterer Sondermaschinen.
- Du stellst die hohe Qualität der produzierten Faltschachteln durch regelmäßige Kontrollen und Justierungen während des laufenden Betriebs sicher.
- Du führst eigenständig kleinere Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch und bist für die schnelle Behebung von Störungen verantwortlich.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Rüstzeiten und Produktionsabläufe mit, um die Effizienz zu steigern.
- Du dokumentierst die Produktionsdaten und gewährleistest eine reibungslose Schichtübergabe an deine Kolleg:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Packmitteltechnologe:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ bringst du relevante Berufserfahrung in unserer Branche in der Maschinenführung mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Sorgfalt und einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein, denn du weißt, dass es auf jedes Detail ankommt.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System (Früh- und Spätschicht) passt gut in deinen Rhythmus und du bringst die nötige Flexibilität mit.
- Du sprichst und verstehst Deutsch auf gutem Niveau (mind. B2), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
