Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere IT-Dienstleister steuerst du die Zusammenarbeit, moderierst regelmäßige Abstimmungsrunden und sorgst für eine partnerschaftliche Beziehung.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung vertraglicher Leistungen mittels SLAs und KPIs, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und leitest bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
- Du verantwortest das zentrale Auslagerungsmanagement, bewertest Risiken bei Fremdbezügen und stellst sicher, dass unser Auslagerungsregister stets aktuell und konform ist.
- Du administrierst alle Beschaffungsvorgänge und pflegst Lieferantenstammdaten in unseren Systemen, insbesondere in ServiceNow und SAP MM.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings sowie Dashboards zur Dienstleister-Performance mit Excel und dokumentierst alle relevanten Prozesse und Projekte lückenlos.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Dienstleistersteuerung, im Einkauf oder im Vertragsmanagement mit.
- Du kennst dich mit der Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistern aus, hast Erfahrung mit KPIs sowie SLAs und idealerweise bereits mit Tools wie ServiceNow oder SAP MM gearbeitet.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel, und kannst komplexe Daten in aussagekräftigen Dashboards und Reportings aufbereiten.
- Mit deiner strukturierten, eigenständigen Arbeitsweise und deinem Kommunikationsgeschick agierst du als souveräne Ansprechperson für unsere Dienstleister.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
