Was erwartet Dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltung, einschließlich Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Du führst das Mahnwesen durch und bearbeitest den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du verwaltest und pflegst Stammdaten
- Du erstellst die monatliche Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung und kommunizierst mit der hauptverantwortlichen Steuerkanzlei
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie Abschlussberichte (Bilanz, GuV)
- Du stimmst Sachkonten ab und erstellst Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie zusammenfassende Meldungen und Meldungen zum §50a beim Bundeszentralamt für Steuern (quartalsweise)

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Optional/ wünschenswert mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d))
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabengebieten (mindestens 2 Jahre)
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV- oder AGENDA-Software sowie MS-Office, einschließlich Excel
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Du hast gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (mindestens B2 Niveau)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Onlineanwendungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
