Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams direkt auf der Baustelle und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du packst selbst mit an und stellst die qualitativ hochwertige Ausführung aller Arbeiten im Garten- und Landschaftsbau sicher – von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Als erste Ansprechperson vor Ort stimmst du dich eng mit Kund:innen, Planer:innen sowie der Bauleitung ab und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation.
- Du planst den täglichen Einsatz von Personal sowie Maschinen und verantwortest die lückenlose Baustellendokumentation.
- Du bedienst die gängigen Maschinen und Geräte des GaLaBaus und gewährleistest deren sicheren und effizienten Einsatz.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau, Straßen- oder Tiefbau und bringst bereits Berufserfahrung mit.
- Idealerweise hast du schon als Vorarbeiter:in gearbeitet oder bringst die Motivation mit, in diese Rolle hineinzuwachsen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Maschinen im GaLaBau.
- Mit deiner zuverlässigen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise behältst du den Überblick und kannst dein Team gut anleiten.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit deinem Team, der Bauleitung und den Kund:innen abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
