Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Pflege von Privatgärten, Parks und gewerblichen Grünflächen – vom Rasenschnitt über die Beetpflege bis zum Heckenschnitt.
- Gemeinsam im Team unterstützt du bei Baumpflegearbeiten sowie Fällungen und sorgst so für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit des Baumbestandes.
- Du wirkst bei der Neuanlage und Umgestaltung von Außenanlagen mit, zum Beispiel durch Pflanzarbeiten oder das Anlegen von Wegen.
- Du bedienst eigenständig die gängigen Maschinen und Geräte im Garten- und Landschaftsbau und stimmst dich dabei eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau, als Forstwirt (m/w/d) oder in einem anderen „grünen“ Beruf
- Du kannst auch als Quereinsteiger:in bei uns anfangen
- Du benötigst für Baumarbeiten SKT A/B, für die Grünpflege ist dies jedoch nicht notwendig
- Du bist eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
