Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen den mechanischen und elektrischen Aufbau sowie die Inbetriebnahme neuer Wärmebehandlungsanlagen direkt bei unseren internationalen Kunden vor Ort.
- Sie stellen die Einsatzbereitschaft der Anlagen sicher, indem Sie eigenständig Wartungen, Reparaturen und Störungsbehebungen durchführen.
- Sie modernisieren bestehende Anlagen, indem Sie beispielsweise Steuerungen anpassen und Software-Updates mit Tools wie dem TIA Portal oder STEP 7 durchführen.
- Als technischer Experte schulen Sie das Bedienpersonal unserer Kunden im Umgang mit den Anlagen und stehen als direkter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement leiten Sie externe Dienstleister an und dokumentieren Ihre Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in, Elektroniker:in oder Mechatroniker:in mit – auch als motivierte:r Berufseinsteiger:in sind Sie herzlich willkommen.
- Idealerweise haben Sie sich bereits zum/zur Techniker:in oder Meister:in weiterqualifiziert.
- Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung (z. B. Siemens STEP 7, TIA Portal) oder in der Netzwerktechnik sind ein klares Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sie haben Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und bringen eine hohe, weltweite Reisebereitschaft sowie interkulturelle Offenheit mit.
- Für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden sprechen Sie gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
- Eine selbstständige, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
