Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und entwickelst die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden weiter, wobei du schwerpunktmäßig mit Microsoft Servern und VMware-Umgebungen arbeitest.
- Gemeinsam im Team planst und realisierst du anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte, von der Konzeption neuer Netzwerkstrukturen bis zur Implementierung von Virtualisierungslösungen.
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in komplexen Systemlandschaften und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher, insbesondere im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (z.B. Firewalls, Citrix).
- Als technische:r Hauptansprechpartner:in stehst du unseren Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um ihre IT-Infrastruktur beratend zur Seite und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- Perspektivisch übernimmst du die technische Leitung für kleinere Projekte oder Teams und gibst dein Wissen an Kolleg:innen weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft Server, VMware und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Firewalls, virtualisierten Backups, Citrix oder modernen Virenschutzlösungen gesammelt.
- Deine Begeisterung für neue Technologien treibt dich an, du arbeitest pragmatisch, sorgfältig und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B für gelegentliche Kundentermine.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
