Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch die Mitarbeitenden in der Abteilung Montage/Lackierung
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen die Produktionsabläufe in der Oberflächenbehandlung und Endmontage
- Sie stellen die termin-, qualitäts- und kostenorientierte Auftragsabwicklung sicher
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsrichtlinien
- Sie optimieren kontinuierlich Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe, zum Beispiel durch Lean-Ansätze
- Sie sind die Ansprechperson für interne Schnittstellen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industrielackierer- oder Maler- und Lackierermeister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Oberflächentechnik mit, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld.
- Sie haben bereits erfolgreich Mitarbeitende geführt und Produktionsbereiche organisiert.
- Sie kennen sich bestens mit gängigen Lackierverfahren, Vorbehandlungsprozessen und Qualitätsanforderungen aus.
- Als Führungskraft überzeugen Sie mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und einer praxisorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1).
