Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und findest durch deine persönliche und stilsichere Beratung die perfekte Seh- und Fashion-Lösung.
- Du ermittelst präzise die individuellen Sehstärken unserer Kund:innen mithilfe moderner Refraktionstechnologie.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Anpassung von Brillen sowie Kontaktlinsen und begleitest den Verkaufsprozess bis zum glücklichen Abschluss.
- In unserer Werkstatt zeigst du dein handwerkliches Geschick bei Reparaturen, Anpassungen und der Einarbeitung von Gläsern.
- Du bringst aktiv deine eigenen Ideen zur Gestaltung des Sortiments und zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses im Team ein.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptiker (m/w/d) oder Augenoptikermeister (m/w/d).
- Deine Leidenschaft für Brillenmode und dein Gespür für Ästhetik zeichnen dich aus.
- Du berätst mit Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen und schaffst so eine positive Kundenerfahrung.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um deine Kundinnen und Kunden optimal beraten zu können.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
