Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform und gestaltest deren Architektur sowie APIs mit klarem Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit und technische Exzellenz
- Du übersetzt die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen sowie die Unternehmensvision in eine klare Produkt-Roadmap und ein sauber priorisiertes Product-Backlog
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem agilen Entwicklungsteam erstellst du präzise User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien, die für ein gemeinsames Verständnis sorgen
- Du steuerst aktiv die Sprints, begleitest die Releases und analysierst Nutzerfeedback, um eine datengestützte und kontinuierliche Produktverbesserung zu gewährleisten
- Du setzt KI-Tools (z.B. ChatGPT, Copilot) im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus ein, um die Geschwindigkeit und Qualität von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Release-Dokumentation zu erhöhen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits umfassende Praxiserfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d) im digitalen Umfeld gesammelt.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit technischem oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Fokus, bildet deine Basis.
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Architekturen, APIs und Web-Technologien mit, um die technische Machbarkeit von Ideen zu bewerten.
- Mit deiner "Bias for Action"-Mentalität ergreifst du die Initiative, denkst unternehmerisch und hinterfragst den Status quo, um die besten Lösungen zu finden.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot) im Product Lifecycle eingesetzt, um User Stories oder Akzeptanzkriterien zu erstellen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und fließend auf Englisch (C1) mit allen Stakeholdern.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
