- Du bist ein aktiver und motivierter Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innen- und Außendienst, für den Neukundengewinnung kein Fremdwort ist, egal ob am Telefon oder bei Kundenbesuchen vor Ort in der Kaltakquise
- Du bist der Anker für unsere Mitarbeitenden, indem Du sie wertschätzend betreust und führst
- Du bist als Talent-Jäger verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung von Fachpersonal und für inspirierende Vorstellungs- und Mitarbeitergespräche
- Du jonglierst eigenständig mit unseren Mitarbeitenden, kümmerst Dich um deren Einsatzplanungen, das Schreiben der Dienstpläne und sorgst dafür, dass es stets ein Match bei den Einsätzen unserer Mitarbeitenden und Kund:innen gibt
- Du hältst mit einem magischen Mix aus Recht und Tarif die Spielregeln im Personalbereich ein
- Du nutzt Deine Beratungskünste und Deine Fähigkeit, langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, als Schlüssel zum Erfolg

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst wünschenswerterweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der klassischen Zeitarbeit als Personaldisponent (m/w/d), Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d) oder Personalberater (m/w/d) mit
- Du kannst alternativ eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb vorweisen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsstärke aus und hast sehr gute Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du hast Spaß am Vertrieb und bist motiviert, neue Kund:innen zu gewinnen
- Du hast gute Anwenderkenntnisse in allen gängigen Microsoft Office Produkten und konntest wünschenswerterweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Software „Zvoove“ sammeln
- Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig, strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen „kühlen Kopf“, und ein Führerschein der Klasse B rundet Dein Profil ab (für den Außendienst zwingend erforderlich)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
