Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Photovoltaik-, E-Mobility- und Speichersystemen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort.
- Du führst eigenständig Service- und Wartungsarbeiten an bestehenden Anlagen durch und bist die erste Ansprechperson für technische Fragen.
- Du koordinierst die Einsätze von Subunternehmern auf der Baustelle, überwachst die Ausführungsqualität und stellst einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher.
- Du planst deine Termine eigenverantwortlich, kümmerst dich um die Materialbeschaffung und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Vertretung der Einsatzleitung.
- Im direkten Kundenkontakt berätst du kompetent zu unseren Produkten und erkennst Potenziale für Anlagenerweiterungen oder neue Projekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine Meisterausbildung.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen, Speichersystemen oder Ladeinfrastruktur für E-Mobilität mit.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen überzeugst du durch deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und dein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, schätzt aber auch den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
