Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst für 8–9 Engineers über mehrere Produktteams hinweg die direkte People‑Management‑Verantwortung, inklusive 1:1s, Performance Reviews, Karriere‑ und Gehaltsgesprächen
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Tech-Leadership-Team Tech-OKR's und begleitest unsere Devs auf dem Weg zur Erreichung
- Du legst besonderen Fokus auf People-Development und Verbesserung der Dev-Xperience
- Du wirkst aktiv in Interview‑Loops mit und verbesserst nachhaltig Onboarding‑ und Wachstumserlebnisse für neue Engineers
- Du bleibst mit ca. 50 % Hands‑on‑Anteil technisch nah an der Codebasis, bringst Dich in Architektur‑Reviews ein und unterstützt die Modernisierung unserer Systeme

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Team Lead mit disziplinarischer Verantwortung für mehrere Direct Reports und einen fundierten Software‑Engineering‑Background
- Du hast weiterhin Lust, Deine technischen Fähigkeiten im Daily Doing einzubringen, legst aber Wert darauf, genügend Zeit für People-Leadership zu haben
- Du hast schon in Matrix‑Organisationen mit getrennter Product‑ und People‑Leadership gearbeitet und weißt mit den Herausforderungen umzugehen
- Du führst schwierige Feedback‑Gespräche, Performance‑Themen und aktive Karriereentwicklung strukturiert und empathisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
