Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Steuerung von Neubauprojekten für Pool- und Whirlpoolanlagen – von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie koordinieren die gesamte Materialbeschaffung, überwachen Liefertermine und organisieren die Baustellenlogistik, inklusive des Einsatzes von Hilfsfahrzeugen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort leiten Sie die Projektbesprechungen, stimmen sich mit allen beteiligten Gewerken ab und sichern einen reibungslosen Bauablauf.
- Sie führen und motivieren Ihr Team auf der Baustelle, sorgen für eine klare Kommunikation und stellen die Einhaltung der Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben sicher.
- Sie dokumentieren den Projektfortschritt, führen das Controlling durch und leiten aus den Ergebnissen Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (z. B. als Bautechniker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung mit.
- Mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Projektmanagement planen und steuern Sie Bauvorhaben souverän von der Koordination der Gewerke bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie führen Handwerkerteams und externe Partner mit klarer Kommunikation, Durchsetzungsvermögen und natürlicher Autorität.
- Dank Ihrer unternehmerischen Denkweise und guten Controlling-Kenntnissen behalten Sie Kosten, Termine und Qualitätsstandards jederzeit im Griff.
- Als Organisationstalent finden Sie auch in turbulenten Phasen pragmatische Lösungen und bewahren stets den Überblick.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sind unerlässlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
