Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Mandant:innen eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Mitarbeitenden der Kanzlei zusammen
- Du berätst insbesondere Mandant:innen aus der Land- und Forstwirtschaft und betreust diese umfassend in steuerlichen Angelegenheiten
- Du bringst – sofern noch keine Vorkenntnisse vorhanden sind – die Bereitschaft mit, Dich intensiv in das Steuerrecht für Land- und Forstwirte einzuarbeiten und fachlich weiterzubilden
- Du erstellst und prüfst Jahresabschlüsse sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen
- Du bearbeitest steuerliche Fragestellungen und entwickelst individuelle und praxisorientierte Lösungen für unsere Mandant:innen
- Du unterstützt und begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden fachlich bei steuerlichen Themenstellungen
- Du baust langfristige Mandantenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese durch eine vertrauensvolle und persönliche Beratung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Berufserfahrung in der steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Beratung von Unternehmen und Privatpersonen
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude am direkten Mandantenkontakt und an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein professionelles Auftreten
- Interesse daran, die Entwicklung einer modernen Steuerkanzlei aktiv mitzugestalten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
