Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst geregelte Schaltnetzteile sowie Servernetzteile im Leistungsbereich von 3 kW bis 18 kW für diverse Industrieanwendungen.
- Du erstellst die komplette Produktdokumentation von der Konzeption bis zur Serienreife, inklusive Schaltplänen, Layouts (z.B. mit Pulsonix) und Stücklisten.
- Du verifizierst Prototypen und Vorserienmuster, entwickelst Konzepte für Funktionstests und automatisierst Prüfabläufe mit Tools wie LabVIEW und Python.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsbüros in Rumänien und Radeberg sowie dem Einkauf ermittelst du die Projekt- und Produktkosten.
- Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Produkte in die Fertigung und unterstützt bei technischen Schaltungsanalysen und Reparaturen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Leistungselektronik mit, insbesondere im Design von Schaltnetzteilen, AC/DC- und DC/DC-Wandlern.
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen Mess- und Verifikationsmethoden in der Hardwareentwicklung gesammelt.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit E-CAD-Software (z. B. Pulsonix) sowie Tools wie LabVIEW und bringst idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse in Python mit.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit arbeitest du gerne an der Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
