Was erwartet Sie?
- Erstellung präziser BIM-Modelle in der Ausführungsplanung auf Basis der intern entwickelten Entwurfskonzepte sowie Ableitung umsetzbarer Planungsgrundlagen für die Baustelle
- Koordination von externen Fachplanern, Durchführung von Kollisionsprüfungen der Modelle (z.B. mit Solibri) inklusive Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität (LOD/LOI)
- Nutzung des BIM-Modells als „Single Source of Truth“ für die automatisierte Mengenermittlung sowie die strukturierte Vorbereitung der Vergabeunterlagen
- Umsetzung neuester ISO-Normen und Industriestandards in der täglichen Projektarbeit
- Entwicklung systematischer Lösungsansätze für komplexe architektonische Herausforderungen
- Arbeit mit klaren, logisch aufgebauten Prozessen und Dokumentationsstandards

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Architekt (w/m/d), Bauingenieur oder -techniker (w/m/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung, vorzugsweise in digital geplanten Projekten
- Fundierte CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise in Nemetschek Allplan) sowie eine große Leidenschaft für openBIM-Prozesse und kollaborative Planungen
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke in der Führung von externen Fachingenieuren über das Fachmodell
- Analytische Fähigkeiten zur eigenständigen Entwicklung systematischer Lösungen in der Gebäudeplanung
- Verständnis für strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsprozesse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
