Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Projektakquise von der Angebotserstellung auf Basis von Kundenanfragen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Sie steuern eigenverantwortlich die gesamte Abwicklung Ihrer Projekte im Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsbau, von der Planung und Beschaffung bis zur Koordination von Personal und Nachunternehmern.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle überwachen Sie Termine, Aufmaße sowie Sicherheitsvorschriften und führen Ihr Team zum Projekterfolg.
- Sie nutzen Tools wie AutoCAD und Revit/BIM 360 zur technischen Klärung und stellen eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation sowie die finale Projektabrechnung sicher.
- Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für Kunden, Lieferanten sowie interne Abteilungen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss über den gesamten Projektverlauf.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister:in, Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Ingenieurwesen.
- Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung im Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsbau mit, idealerweise im Pharma-Umfeld.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, dabei übernehmen Sie gerne Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte.
- Praktische Baustellenerfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit) und Schweißtechnik sind ein großes Plus.
- Sie sind reisebereit und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um Projekte vor Ort zu betreuen.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
