Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Installation, Wartung und Reparatur moderner Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungsanlagen direkt bei Kund:innen vor Ort
- Du analysierst Störungen und Fehlerquellen systematisch und sorgst mit deinem technischen Geschick für schnelle, nachhaltige Lösungen
- Du führst regelmäßige Wartungen und Inspektionen durch und hältst die Anlagen langfristig zuverlässig am Laufen
- Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen und weist sie in die Bedienung der Anlagen ein
- Du dokumentierst deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und sicherst so die Qualität und die Nachverfolgung von Gewährleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich reibungslos mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen abzustimmen
- Du verfügst über handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Du trittst gegenüber Kund:innen freundlich und serviceorientiert auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
