Deine Aufgaben:
- Zentrale Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer MediFox-Systemlandschaft für unsere bundesweiten Einrichtungen und zentralen Fachbereiche
- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei fachlichen und technischen Fragen rund um MediFox sowie bei Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Vergabe und Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten, Rollen und Zugängen sowie Schulung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im sicheren Umgang mit MediFox
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Updates, Systemanpassungen und neuen Funktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Softwareanbieter MediFox
- Analyse von Anforderungen aus der Praxis sowie Optimierung und Implementierung digitaler Prozesse innerhalb unserer MediFox-Softwarelandschaft
- Sicherstellung der Tablet-Synchronisation und einer reibungslosen mobilen Nutzung von MediFox in unseren Einrichtungen
- Mitwirkung an standortübergreifenden Software-, IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Standorte im Bereich MediFox und Prozesse

Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Server-Umgebungen sowie im Umgang mit IT-Infrastrukturen
- Praxis im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie in der strukturierten Bearbeitung und nachhaltigen Lösung von Supportanfragen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Administration von Fachanwendungen sowie im Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement; Erfahrungen mit MediFox sind ein Plus
- Interesse an digitalen Prozessen, Softwarelösungen und der Weiterentwicklung moderner Anwendungen
- Kommunikationsstärke, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
