Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest Untergründe fachgerecht vor und verlegst anschließend textile Bodenbeläge, wie Läufer, insbesondere gewendelte Treppenläufe.
- Du übernimmst den exakten Zuschnitt der Materialien und sorgst mit der Montage von Sockelleisten und Profilen für ein perfektes Finish.
- Du führst eigenständig Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an bestehenden Böden durch und stellst deren Langlebigkeit sicher.
- Du bist im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden, berätst sie bei der Umsetzung ihrer Wünsche und stellst durch deine saubere Arbeit eine hohe Zufriedenheit sicher.
- Du arbeitest sowohl eigenverantwortlich auf den Baustellen als auch im Austausch mit deinem Team, um Projekte termingerecht abzuschließen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bodenleger:in, Parkettleger:in oder bringst relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bodenverlegung mit.
- Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen.
- Handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist ein:e zuverlässige:r Teamplayer:in, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit der Kundschaft sprichst du fließend Deutsch.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
