Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest, bedienst und fährst CNC-Fräsmaschinen, vor allem Heidhain, im Einschichtbetrieb, um anspruchsvolle Luftfahrt- und Maschinenbauteile in Kleinserien zu fertigen.
- Die Qualität der Bauteile stellst du durch präzise Prüfungen nach Zeichnungsvorgabe sowie durch die Bedienung der Koordinatenmessmaschine sicher.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse und Prüfergebnisse mithilfe moderner Software.
- Aktiv bringst du deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und Fertigungsprozesse ein.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der CAM-Programmierung für die Einrichtung von Neu- und Serienfertigungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen (Metall) – entweder durch eine passende Ausbildung (z. B. Zerspanungs-/Industriemechanik) oder durch Praxis.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit mindestens 3-Achs-Systemen.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in der spanabhebenden Fertigung mit und kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig, qualitätsbewusst und zuverlässig.
- Als engagierter Teamplayer findest du dich schnell in neue Aufgaben ein.
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau) für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
