Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest strategisch und operativ das analytische Labor
- Du führst 4 Teams, motivierst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Labor weiter
- Du planst, führst durch und überwachst sämtliche analytische Prozesse (in den verschiedenen Abteilungen: HPLC, GC, PC und EA) unter Einhaltung von GMP- und Qualitätsrichtlinien
- Du entwickelst, validierst und optimierst analytische Methoden und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Laborprozesse
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen Tätigkeiten und die termingerechte Fertigstellung von Analysen sicher
- Du managst Ressourcen und planst den Personaleinsatz effizient zur optimalen betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, Standortleitungen und dem Business Development zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens zusammen
- Du berätst aktiv Kund:innen und beantwortest kompetent analytische Fragestellungen
- Du erstellst und wertest Reports aus und leitest Maßnahmen zur Standort- und Leistungsoptimierung ab
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Betriebsmittelauslastung und -verfügbarkeit
- Du gestaltest langfristige strategische Zielsetzungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Labors und des Standortes mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Chemie, Biochemie oder Pharmazie.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem analytischen Labor mit Führungsverantwortung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP und modernen Analysetechniken mit.
- Als unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit gehst du als Vorbild voran, motivierst dein Team und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für dessen Weiterentwicklung.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
