- Du konzipierst und entwickelst neue Features für unsere Softwarelösungen und bringst dabei deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und dem Design-Team setzt du technische Anforderungen in sauberen Code um.
- Du stellst die Qualität unserer bestehenden Systeme sicher, indem du Fehler analysierst, Bugs behebst und die Performance kontinuierlich optimierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit und sprichst mindestens eine moderne Programmiersprache fließend – Git ist für dich dabei kein Fremdwort.
- Mit deiner analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise löst du gerne knifflige Probleme und zeigst dabei viel Eigeninitiative.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der gerne Wissen teilt, aber auch neugierig auf neue Technologien und persönliche Weiterentwicklung ist.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und hast idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
