Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Handelspartner und unterstützen diese kompetent per Telefon, E-Mail sowie mittels Fernwartung.
- Sie bearbeiten technische Anfragen, Kundenaufträge, Bestellungen und erstellen Angebote sowie Auftragsbestätigungen.
- Sie koordinieren und planen unsere Außendiensteinsätze in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Servicetechnikern.
- Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und sorgen für eine lösungsorientierte Klärung.
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren unsere Kundendaten und unterstützen eine langfristige Kundenbeziehung.
- Bei Bedarf begleiten und unterstützen Sie unsere Servicetechniker bei technischen Serviceeinsätzen vor Ort.

Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Mechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an kundenorientierten Lösungen mit.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder in der Kundenbetreuung gesammelt.
- Kenntnisse im administrativen Bereich sowie Erfahrungen in der Auftragsbearbeitung sind von Vorteil.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau).
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, zuverlässig und setzen Aufgaben eigenständig sowie strukturiert um.
- Eine hohe Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und überzeugen durch eine freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
