Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du unterstützt unsere Klienten in ihrem Zuhause bei der Grundpflege und gestaltest den Pflegealltag individuell, respektvoll und mit Blick auf ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse
- Du führst behandlungspflegerische Maßnahmen im Rahmen Deiner Qualifikation und nach ärztlicher Verordnung durch, zum Beispiel die Medikamentengabe
- Du dokumentierst Deine pflegerischen Maßnahmen digital und sorgst für eine lückenlose, nachvollziehbare Pflegedokumentation
- Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Klienten und Angehörige und arbeitest eng mit Deinem ambulanten Pflegeteam sowie behandelnden Ärzten zusammen
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in eine wertschätzende, moderne ambulante Pflege ein und unterstützt dabei, Menschen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause zu ermöglichen

Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene 1-jährige Ausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d), Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Alten- oder Krankenpflege ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitaler Pflegedokumentation oder hast die Bereitschaft, Dich schnell in unsere Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Maß an Empathie im direkten Kontakt mit Klienten
- Du bist gerne unterwegs, besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten ambulanten Pflegeteam

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
