Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren, planen und produzieren Video-Content mit klarem Storytelling für Website, Marketingkampagnen und Social Media (LinkedIn & YouTube) - von technischen Erklärvideos und Produktvideos bis zu kurzen Social-Media-Formaten
- Sie entwickeln Animationen und Visualisierungen weiter, um komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich für digitale Kanäle und Präsentationen darzustellen
- Sie führen Videoaufnahmen bei Workshops, Messen und für das Standortmarketing durch, inklusive möglicher Drohnenaufnahmen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Marketing, Produktmanagement und technischen Expert:innen zusammen, um Inhalte fachlich korrekt und visuell überzeugend aufzubereiten
- Sie bauen KPIs auf und überwachen diese zur Bewertung der Performance von Video- und Social-Media-Content
- Sie leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Engagement ab und setzen moderne Video-, Content- und KI-Tools ein, während Sie aktuelle Trends im Bereich Video und Social-Media beobachten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Multimediale Medienkommunikation, Medienproduktion oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen - alternativ verfügen Sie über eine andere Qualifikation mit starkem Praxisbezug im Bereich Video/Content
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in der Video-Produktion und Content-Erstellung, zum Beispiel durch Praktika
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Video- und Animationssoftware wie Adobe Premiere, After Effects oder DaVinci Resolve
- Sie haben Interesse daran, technische Inhalte verständlich und visuell ansprechend aufzubereiten und erste Erfahrungen im Social Media Marketing, idealerweise auf LinkedIn
- Sie haben ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Content-Performance, KPIs oder Analytik-Tools – oder die Bereitschaft, sich hier einzuarbeiten
- Sie sind offen für den Einsatz moderner KI-Tools in der Content Creation und besitzen einen Drohnenführerschein (A1/A3 oder A2) oder haben Interesse, diesen zu erwerben
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
