Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus für Deinen Kundenstamm im IT-Sektor – von der Akquise neuer Geschäftskunden bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden.
- Du analysierst die Bedarfe Deiner Kund:innen, erarbeitest passgenaue Lösungen und erstellst eigenständig komplexe Angebote und Verträge.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen stellst Du sicher, dass Deine Kund:innen die optimale technische und kaufmännische Betreuung erhalten.
- Du steuerst Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten eigenverantwortlich und dokumentierst den gesamten Prozess von der Opportunity bis zum Abschluss präzise in unseren CRM- und ERP-Systemen.
- Du behältst Markttrends und Wettbewerber im Blick und bringst Deine Erkenntnisse aktiv ein, um unsere Vertriebsstrategie kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und vor allem mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld.
- Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen CRM- und ERP-Systemen.
- Mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und deiner Abschlussstärke baust du souverän neue Geschäftsbeziehungen auf und pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften.
- Eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und der Wille, im Team gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1), um unsere Kund:innen optimal beraten zu können.
