- Du definierst, implementierst und skalierst KI-gestützte Workflows in deiner Disziplin, um manuellen Aufwand zu reduzieren, Zeitpläne zu beschleunigen und die Ausgabequalität im großen Stil zu verbessern
- Du analysierst systematisch bestehende Prozesse auf Automatisierungs- und KI-Optimierungspotenziale, evaluierst die besten Tools und Plattformen und integrierst diese in die Produktionspipeline
- Du gestaltest Governance-Frameworks, Einführungsstandards und Erfolgsmetriken für KI-gestützte Tools und Workflows im gesamten Unternehmen mit
- Du agierst als Fachexpert:in für KI-Anwendungen in deinem Bereich, verfolgst neue Technologien und übersetzt diese in praktische, skalierbare Lösungen
- Du stellst qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse in deiner Disziplin bereit, seien es visuelle Designs, geschriebene Inhalte, Animationen, Videobearbeitungen oder Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Du sicherst die Markenkonsistenz über alle zehn Marken und Märkte hinweg durch skalierbare Vorlagen, Asset-Bibliotheken, Styleguides und standardisierte Workflows

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast nachgewiesene, praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools in deinem Bereich (z. B. Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Claude, GPT, Gemini, Runway, Pika, Kling, Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) und setzt KI bereits produktiv in deiner täglichen Arbeit ein, wobei du konkrete Beispiele und Ergebnisse vorweisen kannst
- Du bist fähig zur Evaluierung und Implementierung von KI-Plattformen mit Fokus auf messbaren ROI, Governance und organisatorische Akzeptanz
- Du verfügst über ein starkes Portfolio oder Erfolgsnachweise, die sowohl handwerkliche Exzellenz als auch strategisches Denken belegen
- Du hast Erfahrung in oder mit großen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams (mehr als 30 Personen) sowie mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools (Asana, Monday.com, Clickup oder ähnlichen)
- Du bist hoch motiviert für „Greenfield“-Situationen und fähig, eine KI-Tooling-Strategie von Grund auf als spannende kreative Herausforderung aufzubauen
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zur Führung durch Einflussnahme („Leadership through influence“), baust Vertrauen auf und führst Abstimmungen zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Teams herbei

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
