Das erwartet dich:
- Du konzipierst und implementierst maßgeschneiderte IT-Infrastrukturen für unsere Kunden – von On-Premise-Lösungen (Microsoft Server, VMware/Hyper-V) bis zu Cloud-Umgebungen (Microsoft 365).
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung von IT-Projekten für mittelständische Kunden (10-150 User) und steuerst die Umsetzung von der Planung bis zum Go-Live.
- Du sorgst für die Sicherheit und Stabilität der Netzwerke, indem Du Firewalls und die IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden proaktiv betreust und weiterentwickelst.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Einkauf und dem Support-Team stellst Du eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
- Du agierst als Eskalationsinstanz im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Störungen und gibst Dein Wissen bei Bedarf an Junior-Kollegen weiter.

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder überzeugst uns als Quereinsteiger:in mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit, idealerweise mit erster Projektverantwortung.
- Dein Tech-Stack ist breit gefächert: Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Microsoft-Umgebungen (Client/Server, Active Directory, O365), Virtualisierung (VMware/Hyper-V), Netzwerken und Security-Themen aus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, behältst auch in turbulenten Projektphasen den Überblick und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Für den Austausch mit Kunden und im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1) und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
