- Du unterstützt unsere Bewohner:innen empathisch bei der täglichen Körperpflege, beim An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Nahrungsaufnahme
- Du hilfst dabei, den Alltag abwechslungsreich und lebenswert zu gestalten – ob bei Spaziergängen durch unseren Tierpark, bei Beschäftigungsangeboten oder Festen
- Du förderst die vorhandenen Ressourcen der Bewohner:innen und schenkst ihnen durch deine Nähe emotionale Sicherheit
- Du arbeitest eng im multiprofessionellen Team mit Pflegefachkräften, Therapeut:innen und Ärzt:innen zusammen und reichst wichtige Beobachtungen weiter
- Du trägst deine täglichen Pflegenachweise pflichtbewusst in unser optimiertes, entlastendes Dokumentationssystem ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Pflegeassistent (m/w/d) (GPA), Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) oder Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d).
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in der Behindertenhilfe, aber auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit der passenden Ausbildung sind herzlich willkommen.
- Du bringst ein großes Herz, Geduld, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der langfristigen Begleitung von Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf mit.
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamfähig und hast eine positive Ausstrahlung, die ansteckt.
- Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen eine klare Kommunikation im Team und eine sorgfältige Dokumentation.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
