Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Aufträgen und pflegst Kundendaten im CRM-System
- Du hilfst dem Vertrieb bei der Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenpflege durch z.B. Begleitung von Kampagnen, Koordination von internen / externen Terminen, Recherche zu externen Veranstaltungen sowie Ausschreibungen
- Du organisierst Kundenveranstaltungen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine andere relevante Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabenstellung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Programmen, insbesondere in Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du kommunizierst professionell mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig, lösungsorientiert und hast eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit gutem Blick für Prioritäten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
