Was erwartet Sie?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von anspruchsvollen Neubau- und Revitalisierungsprojekten im Hochbau.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle führst und koordinierst du alle Nachunternehmer und externen Fachexperten und sicherst die Qualität der Ausführung.
- Du verantwortest die konsequente Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards und leitest bei Abweichungen proaktiv Gegenmaßnahmen ein.
- Du optimierst kontinuierlich die Baustellenabläufe, indem du den Lean-Construction-Ansatz erfolgreich in den Arbeitsalltag integrierst.
- Du sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation und ein lückenloses Reporting gegenüber der Projektleitung und anderen wichtigen Stakeholdern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen/Architektur, eine Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung und bringst mehrjährige, praxiserprobte Erfahrung in der Bauleitung (LPH 6-8) mit.
- Du leitest Bauprojekte souverän, denkst wirtschaftlich und optimierst Abläufe mit Weitblick – idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Lean Construction gesammelt.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit motivierst du dein Team und kommunizierst klar und auf Augenhöhe mit Nachunternehmern und externen Partnern.
- Du packst gerne pragmatisch mit an, übernimmst Verantwortung und brennst dafür, Projekte erfolgreich und termingerecht abzuschließen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
