- Sie erstellen Forecast- und Monatsberichte an die Geschäftsleitung
- Sie erstellen Plan-/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen und Analysen der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Sie führen das interne Projektcontrolling durch
- Sie wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung und Konzeptionierung von Methoden und Prozessen im Bereich Controlling mit
- Sie erstellen die Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung (Kostenstellen-, Kostenträgerrechnung) und betreuen unsere Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland
- Sie unterstützen bei der Bearbeitung und Klärung von bilanzbuchhalterischen sowie steuerlichen Fragestellungen und Sachverhalten, einschließlich der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Jahresabschlüssen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung / Controlling
- Sie besitzen Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB und idealerweise Kenntnisse nach IFRS / US-GAAP
- Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und IT-Systemen und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Excel)
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie denken analytisch und konzeptionell, zeigen Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft, arbeiten selbstständig und flexibel und sind teamfähig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
