Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die termingerechte Planung und Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems MS Dynamics, inklusive der Arbeitsplanerstellung und Materialdisposition
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Fertigung stellen Sie die Vollständigkeit aller Produktionsunterlagen sicher und gewährleisten so einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Sie unterstützen die Produktionsleitung tatkräftig bei der Kapazitätsplanung, der operativen Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse und der fachlichen Anleitung der Mitarbeiter:innen
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich unsere Fertigungsprozesse, erkennen Optimierungspotenziale und bringen aktiv Vorschläge zur Effizienzsteigerung ein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d), und bringen gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigungssteuerung, vorzugsweise in einem metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis, das Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen sowie Grundkenntnisse in Werkstoffen und gängigen Schweißverfahren (z. B. MAG) zeichnen Sie aus.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise MS Dynamics, sind Sie sicher und routiniert
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und Sie überzeugen als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
