- Analyse von Website-, Shop- und Kampagnenperformance sowie direkte Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Optimierung von Landingpages, UX, Conversion und digitalen Customer Journeys
- Eigenständiges Testen und Weiterentwickeln von Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen, Kanälen und Tools
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, E-Commerce, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Online-Marketing, insbesondere in SEO, SEA und digitaler Leadgenerierung
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Optimierung von Websites und Online-Shops
- Sicherer Umgang mit Webanalyse, Tracking und relevanten Marketing- und Content-Management-Tools
- Gutes Verständnis für UX, Conversion-Optimierung und digitale Customer Journeys
- Selbstständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der eigenständigen und praktischen Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
