Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltung für einen festen Mandantenstamm, von der Kontierung bis zur Vorbereitung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Sie führen die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen durch und agieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtliche Fragen.
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Digitalisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse mit, indem Sie bestehende Abläufe analysieren und die Einführung neuer Tools begleiten.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Mandanten bei der Umstellung auf digitale Buchführungssysteme und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für technische und fachliche Rückfragen.
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Auswertungen und Reportings, um die finanzielle Entwicklung transparent aufzubereiten und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.

- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, sind offen für neue Technologien und haben Lust, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Es motiviert Sie, die finanzielle Zukunft von Kund:innen aktiv mitzugestalten und Prozesse zu optimieren.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
