Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Mandant:innen aktiv bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung und entwickeln innovative, digitale Beratungsansätze.
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Betreuung eines eigenen Mandantenstamms und agieren als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
- Sie erstellen anspruchsvolle Jahresabschlüsse sowie Steuererklärungen und gewährleisten dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards.
- Sie leiten Projekte zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Einführung neuer digitaler Tools, sowohl intern als auch bei unseren Mandant:innen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kanzleileitung gestalten Sie neue Dienstleistungen im Bereich der digitalen Steuerberatung und etablieren diese erfolgreich am Markt.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Steuer- oder Finanzwesen und eine hohe Affinität für digitale Prozesse und Innovationen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist analytisch und strukturiert, gepaart mit einer hohen Eigenverantwortung und Lösungsorientierung.
- Sie sind neugierig, offen für Weiterentwicklung und haben Freude daran, die Zukunft der Steuerberatung aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau), um unsere Kund:innen optimal beraten zu können.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
