Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie analysieren technische Kundenanfragen und überführen diese in detaillierte Fertigungsaufträge
- Mithilfe von 2D/3D-CAD-Software konstruieren Sie Blech- und Stahlbaugruppen und erstellen die dazugehörigen Fertigungszeichnungen
- Sie legen alle fertigungsrelevanten Daten wie Artikel, Stücklisten und Arbeitspläne in unserem ERP-System an und pflegen diese sorgfältig
- Für unsere Laserschneidanlage erstellen Sie die passenden Programme und sichern so eine effiziente Materialausnutzung
- Sie übernehmen die präzise Kalkulation von Blechbaugruppen sowie Einzelteilen als Basis für die Angebotserstellung
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb und Produktion zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren

Ihre Qualifikation
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbau oder in der Konstruktionstechnik und bringen bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mit – eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister ist ein willkommenes Plus
- Im Umgang mit CAD-Software (2D/3D) und gängigen ERP-Systemen sind Sie sicher, und auch die Kalkulation von Bauteilen geht Ihnen leicht von der Hand
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, der Blechfertigung oder der Fertigungsplanung gesammelt
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig sowie strukturiert und behalten auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick, um unsere Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Kunden sprechen und schreiben Sie verhandlungssicher Deutsch
