Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich und komplett Angebote für Projekte im Bereich Entkernung und Schadstoffsanierung für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber
- Sie beurteilen und prüfen Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Sie führen Massenprüfungen, Leistungseinschätzungen und Kostenermittlungen durch
- Sie erstellen wirtschaftliche Angebote und Auftragskalkulationen sowie Nachträge
- Sie führen Auftragsverhandlungen und sind verantwortlich für den Angebotsprozess bis zum Abschluss eines Bauvertrages
- Sie übergeben Projekte an die Bauleitung zur Ausführung und erstellen Nachtragsangebote

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Kalkulator (m/w/d), idealerweise im Bereich Entkernung bzw. Abbruch
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig und besitzen Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in der VOB, was wünschenswert ist

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
