- Sie holen Angebote bei Lieferanten und Partnerunternehmen ein und bewerten diese
- Sie erstellen selbständig Kalkulationen und Angebote in iTWO
- Sie beurteilen Ausschreibungsunterlagen technisch und wirtschaftlich in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Planung, Projektleitung, Einkauf und dem Kunden/Auftraggeber
- Sie klären technische Details vorab mit den Projektbeteiligten
- Sie bearbeiten und kalkulieren Ausschreibungen und verwalten diese
- Sie erstellen Bau- und Leistungsbeschreibungen und Angebote im Austausch mit dem Kunden und erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen mit Fachrichtung Holzbau, Holztechniker (m/w/d), Zimmermeister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder im Holzbau, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an technischem und wirtschaftlichem Verständnis sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie verstehen technische Zeichnungen, Statik und bauphysikalische Zusammenhänge
- Sie arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und selbständig und haben ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamorientierung aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
